ABOUT ME
My research interest is on Protein/Peptide three-dimensional structure determination and their interaction using NMR as major tool supported by other biophysical techniques like ITC, SPR, FRET, IR, DLS etc. Extracting proteins dynamics from 1H, 15N as well as 13C and computer aided Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation to correlate its structure with the respective function.
• Qualified Graduate Aptitude Test Examination, GATE-06 with 96.3 percentile.
• Qualified Junior Research Fellowship under UGC in National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by CSIR-UGC , 2006.
•Qualified Junior Research Fellowship under CSIR in National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by CSIR-UGC , 2007.
•Recipient of European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) short term fellowship to work at Aarhus University, Denmark for 3 months (April-June2012).
•Recipient of VATAT Fellowship at Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel 2013-14
